VEAB

Our vision is to be one of Sweden's most successful energy companies, with the aim of making Växjö and the region an attractive place in which to live and conduct business, but our services form an equally important part of the everyday life of our customers.

Although we are based in Växjö, our work has increased over the years in terms of both importance and extent to cover the whole municipality.

In the field of bioenergy production, we have world-class expertise with a direct link to research and development. Our Sandvik production plant, where we produce both electricity and heating, has become a strong brand for Växjö and interested parties from other countries regularly pay the plant a study visit.

On the IT side too, we are at the leading edge, pushing forward the expansion of broadband throughout Växjö Municipality. We are building the infrastructure while various partners handle the actual service content. In other words, Växjö Energi has a vital role to play in one of the country's most expansive municipalities.

Business concept

VEAB shall, in its capacity as a strong, independent company, offer its customers energy and IT communications delivered via a welldeveloped infrastructure

VEAB shall, with the assistance of skilled and experienced employees, provide its customers with local service and reliable supplies

VEAB is a municipally owned energy company, which, for the sake of sustainable development and the environment, is firmly committed to the concepts of quality and safety.
