The Power Circle, which operates under the same trademark, is an non-profit organization that was formed May 2005. The organization has an average of 30 member companies that have all in different ways a connection to the power industry.
The non-profit organization's board of directors is made up of eight members. To achieve stability on the board a two-year term of office has been implemented for the board of directors. The board members should consist of at least one representative from each of the three main sectors including the production industry
companies and their service industry, power and transmission companies as well as university and research and development entities.
Our goal is that the board should consist of members to give a balanced, broad view of the Power Industry and in that secure a balance the different interests and direction to be taken into account by the our organization.
