Power Circle's objective is to work towards electric and power technology to be strengthened and having the industry support a positive sustainable community of development. This is made possible through our active involvement in ensuring that the Swedish electric power industry reaches its fullest potential by supporting its competencies, by giving the appropriate amount of attention to promoting and furthering power technology's role and position within the community as well as commercializing new technology.
To achieve our objective we will have to take an active role in the evaluation of technological opportunities and invest in as well as stimulate research of new and state of the art power technology. This will be accomplished by for example marketing, holding seminars and presentations as well as spreading information about the Power technology field, both nationally and internationally. Power Circle mission is to make sure that the Swedish Power Industry becomes well known and continuously receives the resources it deserves and needs to continue being in a world leading position.
Power Circle is bringing experts and stakeholders together from trade, research and development, the academic world, legal experts and government energy agencies. To ensure a sustainable development and to create industrial workable solutions for the future it is of utmost importance to find new business approaches and to focus on working with new innovative energy solutions. Together with our members we achieve this through attracting investment capital, stimulating power technology projects and working towards increasing the attractiveness of engineering and technology based education.
